How AndHealth cares for you

Step 1

New patient scheduling call

Your first step is a new patient enrollment call to review your medical history, diagnoses, insurance, and determine which AndHealth services make the most sense for you.

Call to book

Step 2

Your first specialist visit

During your 45-minute visit, you’ll meet with your specialist to review current symptoms and order additional testing if needed. A clinical pharmacist may join the appointment to discuss your prescriptions.

Online and in-person appointments available!

Note: Virtual appointments will go over lab work and imaging, as well as on-camera reviews to assess all symptoms, similar to an in-person visit.

Step 3

Follow-up appointments

Your specialist will collaborate with the other members of your care team—your clinical pharmacist, health coach, and patient navigator—to create your personalized care plan. They’ll consider:

  • Prescription medications and supplements
  • At-home habits, such as nutrition, movement, and stress reduction
  • Health coaching to help prioritize and pace your care plan

We accept all types of health plans; Medicaid members welcome!

Here is a breakdown of costs by type of health plan.
