Receive care in a practice with rheumatologists with 20+ years of experience treating all rheumatology conditions. AndHealth accepts Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, and most commercial health plans.
You deserve healthcare that helps you live a better life without pain, stiffness, swelling, flares, inflammation, and uncertainty.
Appointments available in 1-2 weeks. Virtual or in-person 45-minute first appointment.
Or we’ll call you: schedule a new patient call
Your rheumatologist partners with a team of providers to manage your care, so you don’t have to coordinate between multiple clinics or continually repeat your story.
We coordinate prescriptions, prior authorizations, and copay assistance. We'll ensure your medication is working and has no refill interruptions. Plus, provide free home delivery.
Your health coach works with your rheumatologist to help you manage symptoms and make lifestyle changes with nutrition, supplements, health tracking tools, and more.
Does one of these sound like you? We are here to help.

Update your care plan with the addition of a pharmacist, health coach, and patient navigator, now on your care team
Your first step is a new patient scheduling call to review your medical history, insurance, and diagnoses such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis to determine which AndHealth services make the most sense for you.
During your first visit, you’ll meet with your rheumatologist to review current symptoms and determine if additional testing is needed. A clinical pharmacist may join the appointment to discuss your prescriptions.
Online and in-person appointments available!
Note: Virtual rheumatology appointments will incorporate lab work, imaging, and on-camera reviews to assess all symptoms, similar to an in-person visit.
Your rheumatologist will collaborate with the other members of your care team—your clinical pharmacist, your health coach, and your patient navigator—to create your personalized care plan. They’ll consider and include:
Get the medication you need with the support of a clinical pharmacist on your care team
Understand cost and coverage upfront, including financial assistance plans that are available
